We're raising funds to help kick-start our giving season to support New Day Community Dental Clinic and our mission to provide quality low cost dental services to those we serve . It's a simple idea. Our Mission
In partnership with the community, we work to improve the oral health of residents of Southwest Washington by providing oral health services for people with limited access to dental care. Our goals include restoring functional oral health, helping individuals attain their dental goals and improving our patients' quality of life.
The issue of lack of access to comprehensive dental care is extremely serious because untreated oral diseases can lead to pain, infection and tooth loss. It can also be an early sign of, or contribute to, an increased risk for serious medical conditions. Therefore, many people turn to the emergency room for care.
Our Programs
New Day Community Dental Clinic has a first-hand knowledge of how limited access and dental costs can affect low-income families and individuals because of the programs we offer. For instance, the First Impressions Program services unemployed individuals who have avoided costly dental care and now require restorative procedures such as dentures, to repair the appearance of their teeth. By offering this program we work with patients so they can reclaim their smiles and their lives by eliminating their dental barriers as they work towards securing and retaining employment. And when we collaborate with our community partners,like the Free Clinic of SWW, those dollars can stretch even FARTHER to help more people!
Bridging the Gap is general pool of donations made to New Day that is distributed to those who financially qualify to help off set the cost of dental procedures and copays.
Senior Oral Health Program (SOHP) provides oral health and dental services to people age 60 and older without dental insurance residing in Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Skamania and Klickitat counties.
All donations go directly to our patients, their care and their smile.
About New Day Community Dental Clinic
New Day is the only non-federally funded community dental clinic with a sliding-fee scale.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization offering affordable dental care to residents in the greater Vancouver, WA area. We accept patients of all ages and income levels, with or without dental insurance, and offers a full range of dental services on a sliding fee scale, depending on income. Our operating hours are Tuesday - Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday's 8am - 2pm, and located 1 block south of 164th/Mill Plain at 1201 SE Tech Center Drive, Bldg. 13, Ste. #150 Vancouver, WA 98683
